But, I now see a net of problems, with links between them. <BR/><BR/>So, can the problems be modeled as a graph with edges being the social, economic, meta-physical, ... factors and the problems sit on the nodes. This is a dynamic network with rewirings, add/delete of nodes and priorities changing.
